Why a "Spectrum"?
While I’ve offered readings in the past, I realized that no single framework can fully capture who you are. We are too complex for just one label.
This is why I created the Spectrum of Self. Think of it as a toolkit of lenses. We don’t force you into a box; instead, we recognize that you are your own, multidimensional box. From that playful and expansive perspective, we then select the lens(es) that best serves you right now. Whether you want to understand your energetic signature, explore the hidden potentials of your shadows, or gain understanding of current life themes, we weave these insights together to support your path with more clarity and appreciation for the magic you already embody.

Beyond these frameworks, I use a method called Multilevel Communication, learned through my studies in Rapid Resolution Therapy®. This isn't just about talking to your conscious mind. It uses storytelling, metaphor, and sensory descriptions to speak directly to your subconscious and unconscious levels. This allows us to access the fullness of your being and tap into wisdom that logic alone might miss.
