Coaching

Changes are Underway...

During 2025, I was on parental leave with my second child and closed all my sessions. Now I am making preparations for launching my coaching services in a new way during 2026.

I have previously used the word Guidance for the work that I do, because I felt a bit icky about the word Coaching, but I have since decided to reclaim the word, because it is actually more aligned with what I intend to do.

Over the course of this parental leave period, I have experienced some intense shifts that have pushed me to re-evaluate who I am and reconsider the essence of the work I do. I now realize that I am not simply intending on guiding someone to go about their life in the same way as they always have with some cute little sprinkles added on top; I am a keymaster of transformational cycles and want to support people through some real and deep shifts. That is why I am now putting in the work of complementing my knowledge with a grounded understanding about how the subconscious mind works and how to work with it.

If you want to stay up to date with my process, and be informed of when I am opening up my sessions again, you can sign up to my Newsletter.

My Approach
How?

My focus is supporting self-empowerment through the development of...
  1. Self-awareness
  2. Self-respect + Self-love
  3. Connection with the inner world/ Spirit/ Source/ God/ the All

How these areas/ faculties can be developed
  1. Self-awareness

Self-awareness can be developed with the help of existential frameworks such as The Gene Keys, Human Design and Tarot. All of these tools have their roles to play, but what works for whom can vary, depending on the qualities a person needs and what situation they are moving through. I will here do my best to provide an overview of how I see these frameworks, and in what ways they differ from each other.

The way I see it, Human Design is a framework that can show us an alternative version of ourselves, which we can compare to the view and behaviors we have developed when growing up in a conditioned existence in families, groups or society as a whole. By comparing the information derived through the Human Design bodygraph (showing a visual for how our energy funcitons within ourselves, and in interaction with others and overall conditioning influences) with the views of ourselves we have grown up with, we can start pinpointing where our behaviors are stemming more from a need to fit in to others, and where (and in what ways) we are transmitting our true essence. But I believe that the true power of Human Design lies in the emphasis of experimentation. It is up to you to feel into what works for you. In this way, Human Design inhabits a strangely paradoxical position where in one way, it is another external voice telling you who you are. But the purpose of doing so is to help you shake off the inauthentic layers you have draped over yourself over the years, from all the other voices or examples you have grown up with. Without this alternative view or voice, that would be an impossible feat. But, the only way you can truly tell whether it works for you is by trying, by experimenting.

In contrast to Human Design, which can create quite an intense shattering (as we are urged to face our not-self behaviors and come to terms with our inherent limitations), the Gene Keys provides a gentler approach that is intended to accompany you in your life over a longer period of time. I see it as an offering for a slow but certain unfolding where the transformation happens just as powerfully, but in a way that is intended to be gentle. While the Human Design system provides lots of information so that the mind can "get on board" with the changes, The Gene Keys instead suggests that the wisdom lives deep within us all, and instead of adding more data, we need to unlearn and create space for embodying new ways of being. In the Gene Keys, we use the method of Contemplation, where we are invited to witness ourselves on a deeper level as we go about our everyday lives. And in this act of witnessing, as our shadow behaviors become more clear, we gain an ability to accept ourselves (shadows and all) more fully than ever before.

And finally, Tarot is a tool that can be used as a kind of diagnostic, or check in, to gain access to perspectives that would be otherwise hard to get hold of. I use tarot cards mainly to observe what my reaction to certain cards tells me about my own view and beliefs, but there are also times when I have felt the cards bring messages from somewhere deeper. I never read the cards as placing judgment upon me or anyone else. They simply mirror back to us what energy we bring to the reading and funciton as tools that can nudge us towards accessing additional perspectives that we might have been overlooking. Of course, other divination tools or methods can be used (oracle cards, reading the clouds or bird movements etc) but I've found that the visual language of Tarot brings an interesting range of additional interpretive possibilities and this is why I tend to gravitate towards using my Tarot cards.

  2. Self-respect + Self-love

Self-respect and self-love grows as we continuously take part in the process of witnessing ourselves (and our beliefs, thoughts and emotions) with honesty and gentleness as we show up in our every day life. This process will vary depending on the needs of the individuals but there are some typical steps that most go through. From the Gene Keys, we learn the process of Contemplation which is basically just being open to learn from your own life as you go through various experiences. In a similar manner, Human Design presents the option to see your life as an experiment where you can test out different approaches to your decision-making to find out the way that feels most true to you. In conjunction with these methods, there can be a need to clear beliefs that are no longer serving us and embracing + releasing emotions we have suppressed. This process can take shape simply as energy work (centering, grounding, clearing) and shadow work (expressing and transmuting emotions) but also through the framework of Rapid Resolution Therapy, aimed at directly shifting the beliefs of the unconscious mind.

  3. Connection with the inner world/ Spirit/ Source/ God/ the All

My view is that when you are connecting more deeply with yourself, you are also connecting more deeply with Spirit/ God/ Source/ the All, because You are an integral part of the whole. And you are actually the one who you can experience the deepest, most intimate connection with, because you also have access to your own inner world and all the incredible dimensions reachable through there, both in terms of connecting to your Self and in connecting to something vaster, whatever way you name it. Of course, our relationships with other humans are also their own versions of connecting with something vaster, and these relationships also have their own purpose and value. Still, I have a bent towards introversion, so of course my approach is prone to be colored by that. And by the way that I realized that I am able to show up for the people around me more fully if I nurture my connection with myself. I am a spokesperson for the right to connect deeply and fully with your Self. And the first step to do so is (re)connecting with your personal beliefs and values, and finding a way to access your own inner world, through imagination, dream interpretation and active imagining.

Why you might want to work with me

I deeply value the transformative power of learning. And I know that the most effective way to learn is not through stern, judgmental approach, but by creating an open atmosphere where there is space for playful curiosity.

Creativity & learning & play are synonymous, and you can't have one without the other(s).

That said, even play has its serious dimension. In fact, it is something of a paradox: uncovering the play that got lost somewhere along the way into adulthood, is serious work. And the semblances of play we see in our culture are actually far off from playful. Distraction is not play. Neither is escapism. But even distraction and escapism serve their purposes in human life. Sometimes, it might just not be the right time to look inwards. Sometimes, is the time to stay in our "bubbles". And if that's where you're at, I respect that.

That's the thing with our human existence: we exist between two poles, within binaries. And that is the value I can bring: I am aware of these paradoxical polarities that we can sometimes feel we're stuck between. But I am also aware of our true, multidimensional nature of it all. And I am passionate about aiding the reclamation of forgotten depths and suppressed dimensions.

What I bring is a structured approach that is still flexible enough to contain space for playful curiosity. We start out with a general intention but where that develops depends on the person.

So, if you resonate with my approach and are curious to learn more, feel free to get in touch.
