Delivery Times

The delivery times vary depending on the type of product that you have ordered. See an overview of the delivery times below.

Digital Downloads

Digital downloads will be sent to the e-mail address that you entered at checkout. The digital download should arrive promptly after you placed your order. If not, please check your spam folder first, and then contact us at hello@mysterious.studio for a new digital download to be sent to you.

Apparel & Accessories

Since all apparel and accessories are manufactured on demand, we kindly ask you to allow some time for the product to arrive. In the interest of reducing resource use both when it comes to production and shipping, Mysterious Studio collaborates with a print on demand service which has order fulfilment facilities worldwide. The product you order is sent from the facility closest to your location.

It usually takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it is shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3-4 business days
  • Europe: 6-8 business days
  • Australia: 2-14 business days
  • Japan: 4-8 business days
  • International, additional areas: 10-20 business days

Shipping Costs

Free shipping is available for orders to Europe and UK. For additional countries, there is a shipping fee between 4 € – 20 € depending on the order weight and your location. All orders of a value higher than 200 € are subject to free shipping, regardless of location. We offer worldwide international shipping, with the exception of a few countries that are difficult to ship to.

Please ensure that you have entered the correct address and contact information as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the provided information.

Customs and Tax fees

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Shipping Errors

If your order has not arrived at the designated time, please help us out by doing the following before contacting us:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office(s) if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, the order will most likely be returned to the facility where it was shipped from. We can correct the address and schedule a reshipment, but shipping will be at your own cost. Thank you for your understanding.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at hello@mysterious.studio with your order number, no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the item is lost in transit due to an error on our side, we will cover the expenses of a reshipment or issue a refund.

Return Policy

Due to the on-demand production process, products purchased from Mysterious Studio are not eligible for exchanges, returns or refunds, unless the product arrives at you in a damaged condition.

Defective or damaged items

In the event that your order arrives in a defective or damaged condition, please e-mail us as soon as possible with the order number and a photo of the product’s condition. In order to receive a replacement or a refund for defective items, your request must be submitted within 30 days of you receiving the order. 

Mislabelled items

Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please send us an email within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.
